Ed was born and raised in Pembroke Ontario, with 50 years in the music and entertainment business! His career started at the age of 15 when he formed his first band. He has done studio work and toured with recording artists such as Susan Aglukark, Charlie Major, Ian Tamblyn, Les Emmerson, Keith Glass, Sneezy Waters, The Cooper Brother, Randall Prescott and Wayne Rostad. Ed has recorded music for CBC, CJOH and the National Film Board of Canada and made many appearances on television. He also spent two years in Los Angeles doing session work and recording with various musicians which helped to round out his experience. Ed has performed at The Chateau Laurier, Casino Lac Lemay , Rideau Carleton Slots Racetrack, Parliament Hill, The National Arts Centre, The Governor General’s Residence and high profile private parties!
Ed currently is performing with Johnny Vegas and Sherry Harding on a regular basis. He has also been a highly valued member and band leader for many years with The Ottawa Valley Country Music Hall of Fame Band!
Ed Bimm is a multi-talented artist, who’s style can be described as "versatile" from Jazz to Country, Classical to Rock and everything in between!
